经常熬夜,身体会发生什么?

「熬夜」一个既熟悉又陌生的词

说它熟悉,是因为大部分人都熬过夜

说它陌生,是因为或许还有很多人

并不知道自己的行为,究竟算不算熬夜

其实「熬夜」的衡量指标

并不是看你睡得多晚

而是看你睡得够不够

睡得好不好

有些人可能天真的以为

熬夜过后还有补救方式

但事实上

对于长期睡眠不足的人来说

已经造成的伤害是很难挽回的

哪怕你补再多觉

都无法完全抵消伤害

不好好睡觉的每一个晚上

可能都在一点一点吞噬着你的健康生命时长

与手机的睡眠争夺战

是一场全人类的健康保卫战
